We have a synonym feature being worked on that is likely to go into one of the 5.x releases in the next year, but not exactly sure when it will be released.

If this is a table, consider a view mapping which is available now for testing in 5.0.x alpha release, and will be released as production ready in Q1/Q2 2005.

Josh
