5.0.18 and 5.1.7. I just typed them in here as an illustration; I never ran the table ddl or the procedure, so I'ts quite possible they contain syntax errors.
I did test the xml/xslt example - that should run fine. (I don't know what os you are using or what XSLT engine you prefer. I'm using msxml - for convenience.)

Glad to. Please bear in mind that this just scratches the surface of a total solution - a really mature repository would need quite some extra stuff - same goes for the xml generator.
