Like the prior posted suggested, you can use a tool for this or roll your own using database connectivity like DBI or JDBC. Another tool you might try, which I have not used BTW, is:

Generally, I do not think you are going to get an Oracle dump file converted into a MySQL dump file, but will need to move data from Oracle to MySQL directly.
