Stored Procedures are available in MySQL 5.0
IBM claims that with Datapropagator (DProp) and DataJoiner that replication is possible to non IBM databases. Exactly how they do it is not clear but information is available in IBm redbooks with ISBN 0738413577. This is an IBM solution and you should contact IBM support for further information.
MySQL replication is available from MySQL 3 and 4. MySQL replication is however between MySQL servers.
