Migration Toolkit using JDBC from DB2(UDB) to MySQL

Searching through this forum I am seeing several questions about migrating from DB2 to MySQL on the AS400 platform.

We have DB2 UDB installed on a Windows server. I have installed MySQL and the Migration Toolkit on another windows server that also has the DB2 client installed on it. What I am trying to figure out is what Class Name and Connection String should be used to connect. I have the info on the DB2 side of the server, ports, username, password, etc.

Again I saw the thread about downloading the jtopen toolkit for the as400 but I'm running on windows.

Any ideas? Thank you.
