Mysql Database linked to My MS Access Database

Hi this is my first post so "Hello" to all.

I have just started using a MySql Database (verion MySQL 4.0.22-standard)

which i access usually through phpMyAdmin 2.6.1-pl2

i find it a little silly that i need to keep doing work in MS access (Version 2000) then re-entering the data into MySQl

surely there is a way that as i chnage the data in my Access Database...it could update the MySQL Database.

Is This Possible?

If Yes ( Read on) if No, thanks anyway

How Difficult is it to Do?

Any one fancy giving me a complete idiots guide into setting this up please?
