Hi

I am a total newbie. (basically Oracle background) never really worked on MySQL or MS Access
but presently I am asked to do a migration of MS ACcess to MySQL database

Google bought me to this

Migration Toolkit (Is this Free/Open Source ?? )
http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?65,27115,27115#msg-27115

1) If not can someone tell me .. some basic steps in which i can port the database from MS Acess to MySQL
2) Just like we have triggers and views and procedures in Oracle Database .. what is there in the MS Access database that might be needed to be taken special care of..
(People tell me we do not have triggers in Access may be . macros. ?? I am not sure .. but may be there is some other things too )

Please .. enlighten

Sunil
