Migrating Access DB Without MSAccess/MSSQL

It is not clear to me from the various how-tos how to migrate an Access database to MySQL when you do not have a license for MSAccess. I don't have a license for any portion of MSOffice, which is understandable since I am running on Linux. In my case I have an access database created by an application on Windows which I do not have ownership of. All I have is the database file. How do I read it on Linux so as to either issue commands directly to my MySQL server, or write the commands to a text file that I can then load into the server?

By the way this is a non-trivial database. The file itself is over 150MB.
