Hi, This is my first post and I'd like to ask if anyone can give me a hand with SQL for Access via ADO connection to Excel.

The column I want to select is based on a DateDiff calcualation, comparing a known date with a date in the table. DateDiff returns the column number... but I don't know how to select a column by anything but name. On top of that DateDiff will vary for each row, meaning this may not even be possible.

Many thanks for any help.
