Accent in columns name

Hello
I hope this is the good place to post this question.
I Have imported some tables from access in MySQL, but the name of the columns hold accents.
It works fine in MySQL but when I try to attach a Table in Access, the query does not work.
All the tables without accent in their column name are OK but the other have problems.
Someone can help me?
