Free or low-cost tool to SYNCHRONIZE Access database(s) with MySQL

Hello all,

I'm hoping to find a free tool that will enable us to synchronize an Access database(s) with MySQL. We have to use Access b/c our GIS software will only directly edit data stored in Access or flat files. But I'm also wanting to backup our data into a MySQL database so we can take advantage of its back-up capabilities. So for the most part, most of the synchronization would be one way (Access to MySQL). We'd only want updated or new Access data to be updated/added to MySQL - so a standard converstion tool probably won't meet our needs. Eventually, we may want to update/add data directly to the MySQL and then update/sync the Access database(s).

If there are no free tools available, do you know of any low cost tools? How reliable are they?

Thanks!
