You should try Full Convert Enterprise from Spectral Core.

http://www.spectralcore.com/fullconvert/index.php

There is also an online tutorial showing how to convert Access to MySQL:
http://www.spectralcore.com/fullconvert/tutorials/convert-access-to-mysql.php

It will convert tables in Access database to MySQL, all indexes and foreign keys. You can customize basically anything, including data type conversion rules, naming, default values, etc.

There are also many advances features you may not need, like scheduler, external SQL script execution, etc. Full Convert supports many other databases, in case you need to convert some other databases, too.
