The first thing in Access if top identify all the data that you can and then "normalize" it. google "normalize."

Then build your normalized tables and create the relationships between them - there's an Access scrren for this (drag and drop).

The Access form wizard will help you build the appropriate forms.

I suggest that you get a good book on the subject because Access is an event driven database which is an entirely new concept for many.

Books by Getz and/or Litwin are good. The Access Developer's Handbook is very good and comes in every version of Access through 2002, but not Access 1 or 2.
