Hi Mike,

The table is indexd. I use an auto inc int field as the primary index. Access and MySQL are on two different machines. MYSQL is running on a RedHat Server and Access on a XP System. In my opinion Access is pulling every row until reaching the matching row instead of unsing a query. are there any possibilities to stop this?
