Dreamweaver can help you to create web-based interface for data-inputting. If you look for an easy-to-use GUI that similar to Access, you might consider mysql administrator (http://www.mysql.com/products/administrator/), it contains all the features that you would need to administrate your MySQL. Navicat (
http://www.navicat.com ) is not bad, it contains some useful features such as import/export and report builder but it is not FREE.
