When I add it to group by it goes back to my original problem. The query repeats on fields that I don't want it repeating on but that I do want to be able to manipulate. Below is a sample of the output of the query:

CaseNum LastName FirstName Company
06-0001 Smith John
06-0002 Doe Jane
06-0002 Doe Jane
06-0002 Doe Jane
06-0002 Doe Jane
06-0002 Doe Jane
06-0003 Joe Smith Pharmacy
06-0003 Smith Joe
06-0003 Garcia Frank

Below is what I want the query to look like:

CaseNum LastName FirstName Company
06-0001 Smith John
06-0002 Doe Jane
06-0003 Joe Smith Pharmacy
06-0003 Smith Joe
06-0003 Garcia Frank

As of now I can only do this by using a Last/First/Max functions on [tblPaymentslst.PaymentAmount].

Perhaps there is no way to do this?
