Alex,
Probably the easist way to do this is to install MySql on your development machine.

After installing MYSql, Export your access database to a csv file.

Get this program called SQLyog. ( www.webyog.com )You can use SQLyog to import the csv file into MySql.

You can then use SQLyog to create and copy the Database to your webserver.
