Importing from Excel

Hi,

im not the best when it comes to excel and access however I was just wondering how I would go about doing the following:

Importing Product Prices to an Access Database from an Excel File

The Prices must overwrite those in Access from the given Product Ref

Basicly we have a shopping cart that reads off an access file, we also have a price sheet that we change all our prices on. is it possible to link these togther?

to give you an idea of the tables we are using here is an example:

Price Sheet:
Ref|||Name|||Price|||Competition Price
10||||pad|||||||25||||||||||||||||||20

Database:
Name||||Description|||Stock|||Price|||Ref
pad|||||prod desc||||||||50||||||25||||10

when we update the Price Sheet we want the access file to detect that product ref "10" has been changed and to then change that row in the database accordingly.

Thanks for any advice

Simon
