There are different offers for SOA. To use both Service Oriented Architecture and data management software, you can look at and use Talend ( http://www.talend.com/ ) as there are both tools to use.

They are community oriented: free to download and open source. Other SOA solutions exist on the market. But when considering other solutions, this option seems to be the stablest.
