Hi,

Have you checked ETL tools? Once you get Mysql, you can look at ETL tools to manage both. There are ETL tools like Talend and Pentaho to help you on this issue. Both are open source and free to download and use. Talend has lots of connectors: Access and MySQL are supported. So for the "0" budget, it would be a good solution. That's open source for you :-)
