Figured it out!

UPDATE AccountData ta
JOIN Risk_Balances tr on tr.Acct = ta.YACCT
JOIN `Most_Recent_Date_Risk_Balance` tm on tm.MaxOfImportDate = tr.ImportDate

set
ta.`Risk Capital` = `tr`.`Risk Capital`
