value of TRUE Boolean in database after migration from MS Access

I have just migrated few databases into MYSQL.

All the tables having a Boolean True False field have been moved but all the True values have been written as -1 instead of 1.

Please advise how can this be changed with a code or command,

It wil be very tedious to do it manually by creating repace query for each table.

Does any one have any tool / code to set this right.
