Using Microsoft Access As a Front End Editor for MySql
I am trying to connect Microsoft Access 2007 on a windows Vista Ultimate box to a shared mysql server. The version of mysql is 5.0. In the past I have used an executable to set up the ODBC and set up a connection in my connections and all was well. All I can find that will work with both Access 2007 and mysql 5.0 is a compressed files with several files within it. How do I use these files to make a connection within Windows? WHere do these files go? Thanks in advance for any advice.
