I don't quite grasp your question
Can you even setup an MS Access "Jet" server? As far as I've known you end up sharing the file rather then havinf a "server".
Unless you mean MS SQL server vs Access in which case it defenetivly does have differetnt drivers.
Any in both cases above, what does this have to do with MySQL?
