I looked into it and found an issue:

- Load MDB DB and connect to Server, see the name.
- Rename the file
- Go back to the MDB selection, then "forget" to update the path pointing the the file
- When selecting the database to migrate, the name is the same, where one would expect the connection to fail... (I've actually forgetten to update the path myself quite a few times in the process...)

I haven't tested wether one can still migrate the data - if the program keeps the file handle on the renamed file (or caches it which I doubt), one might still be able to convert the data...

So um, make sure to update the file path of the renamed file...
