Thanks for your suggestion.
I went to
http://data-converions.net and downloaded the program.
The installation is easy and fast, but when I tried to import a MS Access database into mySQL I keep getting error messages on all my rows in the table I am trying to import. And the program is suspended finally, seems very unstable.
I have checked the datatypes and they are all compatible and everything else matched up. I have no way to do the migration successfully and turn to Navicat. After, I corrected the setting, I can launch the import wizard and migrated the Access table successfully. I'm impressed with its speed and ease of use.
i am still evaluating it (http://www.navicat.com) now and will let you guys know more about it.
