Hi!
Seems some trouble with connection to MS Access, please study this guide (http://mysqlworkbench.org/2014/08/how-to-guide-to-database-migration-from-ms-access-using-mysql-workbench/) carefully (especially part about ODBC drivers) and see if you done everything properly.
