Migrate from Access 97

Hi,

I am a newbee with MySql. Just wondering if I should migrate to MySql from version A. 97 or 2003. Is it easier if I upgrade A. to 2003 first?

I am also investigating if I should migrate to SQL Server...

The program is built with Visual Basic 6, Crystal Report 8.5 and database Access 97. We are around 50 persons using the program and we need to change the database. We have 3 databases, one back-end and 2 others linking to back-end (one report and one front-end). Maybe I just have to change the back-end to MySql or should I migrate all three?

Hopefully this are easy questions för you all... tell me!

best regards,

Tobias
