If 4 aren't in the system path, add them eg ...
Right-click on the Start Button.
Select “System” from the context menu.
Click “Advanced system settings”, then “Advanced”
Click “Environment Variables…”
Click “Path” then “Edit”
Add C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW6, separated by semicolons, to the path
Save it
