1, How did you come to have 2 ODBC Admin apps?
2. For any software, eg Connector/ODBC or WB, that you're going to use with your Access DB, you need to register the particular Access DB as a DSN using the ODBC Admin app. I think recent Conn/ODBC versions provide an alternative interface for this task ( but I avoid ODBC when I can so I've not used it), see
