Je n'ai pas très bien compris votre problème.
Peut-être chercher vous à faire quelque chose comme :
SELECT IFNULL( nom, "valeur par défaut") AS nom FROM t
Ci cela ne correspond pas à votre problème, pourriez-vous nous donner un exemple
de requête ?
