DEMANDE D'AIDE pour agréger enregistrements d'une table

onjour,
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider sur ce problème :
j'ai un table avec 6 champs.
Les 3 premiers champs sont de type varchar,
les 3 dernier de type int
Je souhaite regrouper les champs de type varchar SANS doublon
et les champ de type int avec SUM
Exemple de table
champ1 champ2 champ3 champ4 champ5 champ6
papa mama claire 0 1 1
papa vero claire 1 0 0
papa mama claire 2 3 1
Résultat souhaité
champ1 champ2 champ3 champ4 champ5 champ6
papa mama claire 2 4 2
papa vero claire 1 0 0
