Ok, mais ce code est exécuté comment ? Est-ce qu'il est intégré dans un code PHP ou bien sur un fichier qui est envoyé via un processus particulier ? Autre chose ?

L'erreur est à priori en amont de l'appel de la procédure. Mais sans savoir comment est organisé le code qui aboutit à cet appel de procédure.
