Impossible de créer un compte utilisateur à l'installation

Hello,

Installation de MYsql 8.0.25 sur W10 en version "Developer Default": tout va bien jusqu'à "Apply Configuration" où l'installation échoue sur "creating use accounts"...log : "An error occured trying to add new users to the MySQL database. Une solution ? Merci pour toute aide !
