Hallo,
für alle die, die Lösung interessiert.

Der Fehler ist offensichtlich im Verzeichnisnamen zu finden.
Scheinbar kann MySQL keine Verzeichnisnamen mit deutsche Umlauten, wie "ü","ä", "ö" usw. verstehen.
Wenn der Verzeichnisname z.B. anstatt "D:\...\Vögel\...
"D:\...\Voegel\... lautet, klappt alles wunderbar.

Hier sollte von den Programmieren von MySQL nochmals dringend nachgebessert werden.
