Hi,

kommt aufs Betriebssystem an.

Wir haben hier > 500 GB und kein Problem.

MySQL 5.6 hat innodb_file_per_table=1

damit wird nicht alles in eine Datei gepackt.
Vielleicht gefällt Dir das besser.
