MySQL Doodle

Hey there,
i did google a lot but i didn't find any acceptable solution.
So here is my problem:
I need a homepage where about 200 people can tell me in a easy way when they are available.
Because of our protection of privacy doodle is not possible. So I thought I could use a login where everyone can register his self.
Everyone get's an id which is linked to all personal information (medical and tactical qualification).
This is neccesary because i would like to have a printout in the and with the list of all phone numbers, qualifications and and and....
So we thought of 3 tables.
1: for the online registration
2: where they can tell what time they are available
3: all personal data

My problem now is table 2. Do i need to write for every 3 hours a column?
