Error after stopping MySQL57 community server

After stopping the server, I cannot restart the server again. Error message is in German:
Dienst "MySQL57" wurde auf "Lokaler Computer" gestartet und dann angehalten. Einige Dienste werden automatisch angehalten, wenn sie nicht von anderen Diensten oder Programmen verwendet werden.
In English it could be:
Service "MySQL57" was started on "Local Computer" and then stopped. Some services ... etc.
Operating System Windows 7. MySQL57 has been running for some time as network service without any problems.
Any Idea, how to solve the problem?
