MySQL plötzlich sehr langsam, CPU ausgelastet

Hallo,

auf meinem Ubuntu 16.04 läuft Plesk Onyx mit MySQL 5.7.25 sowie Typo3 6.2 und Wordpress 5.1 Installationen sowie NGINX. Es handelt sich um einen dedicated Server mit Raid 1 HDD, 8 GB Ram und 4 Cores.

Seit kurzem habe ich arge Performance Probleme. Immer wieder reagieren die Webseiten und auch Plesk extrem langsam (dauert teils bis zu 20 Sekunden bis es wieder läuft).

Per "htop" konnte ich feststellen dass auf 2 Kernen der MySQL Prozess dann 100% CPU hat. Und auch die Festplatte ist "100% busy".

Leider konnte ich bisher keinen Grund dafür finden (der Server hat sehr wenig Besucher und ist sicherlich NICHT dadurch ausgelastet).

Ich poste hier mal meine "mysqld.cnf" und hoffe dass ihr mir sagen könnt ob da grobe Schnitzer drin sind oder welche Werte ich ändern / einfügen sollte.
