Spaltenanzahl von mysql.user falsch

Hallo zusammen, nach einem Update auf von 5.5 5.6.44 kann ich über PHPmyAdmin kein Benutzerkonto mehr anlegen.

Es erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung: Spaltenanzahl von mysql.user falsch. 43 erwartet, aber 44 gefunden. Tabelle ist wahrscheinlich beschädigt

Das Updatescript ist schon mehrfach gelaufen. Wer hat einen Lösungsvorschlag?
