... hinterlässt nicht übereinstimmende v Zeilen in der Ergebnismenge.

Um v Zeilen mit übereinstimmender Benutzer-ID und null Benutzeroption31 und null Benutzeroption41 auszuschließen, ändern Sie 'left join' in 'join'.
