Yo uso el Navicat en Mac desde hace varios años. No me emociona especialmente pero hace su papel bastante bien.

Por otro lado, mysql ab tiene sus propias herramientas, gratuitas, en http://mysql.org/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html

Echales un ojo.
