El problemas que tienes es que estás formando mal la cadena que llama al stored procedure.
La instrucción:
Case 1 : sSql = "call spFacturaCliente(iCodigo)"
debe ser algo así:
Case 1 : sSql = "call spFacturaCliente(" & iCodigo & ")"
de manera que concatenes el valor de la variable iCodigo (1, 2, 3, 4) y no el literal iCodigo.
