Una pregunta:
Considerando que estás haciendo un CONCAT() con los mismos datos que estás ingresando y al mismo tiempo... ¿Por qué no lo haces diretamente en el INSERT? ¿Para qué perder tiempo haciendo algo que puedes hacer de forma directa?
No veo el sentido de hacer lo que propones...
