Si no tienes pérdida de datos es muy bueno sin embargo debes atender el aviso que te está dando el servidor, te sugiero aumentar el varlor de innodb_buffer_pool_size para darle un poco más de memoría al servicio de mysqld, esto obviamente basado en la cantidad de memoria RAM disponible por el hardware.
