Caro colega, será que isto lhe ajuda?

SELECT * FROM pagamentos WHERE DtPagto BETWEEN '2007-01-01' AND '2007-01-31'

DtPagto é o campo de sua tabela pagamentos no formato DATE, e substitua os conteúdos de data por variáveis.
