COUNT em mais de uma tabela

Dae galera, bele? Estou com a seguinte duvida como faço para contar o numero de regstros de 2 tabelas e soma-los? Isso é possivel?

Ex.
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM tabela1
UNION ALL
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM tabela2

Até ai tudo bem mais eu quero somar os registros....é possivel?
