Mudando o lower_case_table_names

Senhores,
Gostaria de usar o meu MySql com Nomes de tabelas no Maiúsculo e Minúsculo... pois quando eu gerei minhas tabelas dessa forma, o MySql colocou tudo em minúsculo.
Sei que eu preciso alterar o lower_case_table_names só não sei COMO eu faço isso..
Alguém poderia me ajudar?
