Chinese input with ODBC + PowerBuilder

I use ODBC + PowerBuilder to input Chinese words, it can display correctly on PowerBuilder datawindow, but on MySQL Query Browser, it show incorrectly.
And if I input chinese words in MySQL Query Browser, it is good in Query Browser, but PowerBuilder show incorrectly.
The table and the column is set to UTF-8, and PB version 10.0.
What is the problem?
