Initial Statement = SET CHARACTER SET GBK

在配置 ODBC 时，把 Initial Statement 选项设置为 SET CHARACTER SET GBK

在用 QueryBrowser 时，先执行一句 SET CHARACTER SET GBK

目前的 QueryBrowser 对多字节字符支持的不好，有条件的话可以用 phpMyAdmin 来维护 MySQL 服务器，或者直接用 mysql.exe
